The Radford Village is our newest offering. Amenities include controlled access, on-site laundry, dishwashers, microwaves, air conditioning, patios, off-street parking, and a bike storage area. All rooms are wired for cable and phone. Utilities are included! Tenants enjoy a great location with picnic areas. This is the place to live!

All leases start on June 15th and end May 31st of the following year.

The security deposit for a one-bedroom apartment is one month's rent. Rent is paid on or before the first of every month. The security deposit for two-bedroom apartments and larger is $300.00 per person. Rent is paid three times a year on May 1st (Summer), August 1st (Semester 1) and December 1st (Semester II).
