The security deposit for a one-bedroom apartment is equivalent to the rent for one month. Rent is paid on or before the first of every month. The security deposit for a two-bedroom apartment or larger is $250.00 per person. Rent is paid three times a year; May 1st (Summer), August 1st (Semester I) and December 1st (Semester II).
